Francisco’s, providing a memorable dining experience is our highest priority.
All of our food is fresh and of the highest quality. For your private function,
you can choose from several styles of dining:
Individual
Meals: Choose
from our banquet menu several choices of starters, soups, salads, and entrees to
offer as choices to your guests. When choosing this option, please note that we
will need 48 hours notice of your guest’s choices in order to have all of the
necessary
ingredients on hand.
Family
Style:
For a more intimate feel, choose a selection of menu items to be
served family style on each table for your guests to share.
Theme
Dinner: Be the talk of the town! Treat your guests to a pig
roast done Francisco’s style, or choose from one of the theme dinners on
our menu. Pig roasts can be enjoyed on site or catered to your location.
BEVERAGES

invites you and your guests to bring your own beer or wine to your event. We can

halls. If this is your preference, consider a pig roast catered by
Francisco’s. We will bring to your location all of the equipment needed to
create a festive and memorable pig roast. We have the

Chef
David is also an ordained minister and can perform your wedding in the state of
Maine (and some other states as well). There is a $50 fee for this service,
which will be donated to the church, charity, or religious organization of your
choice.
